And person doesn’t have to be a narcissist for the relationship to have been harmful.

After narcissistic abuse, you may feel cautious about reaching out for help from a stranger and wondering whether you’ll be judged for ending up in this dynamic. Learning to trust your own judgment begins from the very first session as you sit with me and see how you feel in the session. You don’t need to decide whether or not I’m the right fit based off a website page or even a consultation call. You can take your time feeling out our relationship and we can discover together whether we are a good fit.

I am considered an out of network mental health provider.
I am happy to provide a superbill for you to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company about your out of network benefits, as many plans cover a portion of the session cost.
Why work with an out of network provider?
Working outside the bounds of insurance allows me to focus on what is best for you, not what is best for insurance companies. No required diagnoses, no surprise billing issues or lapses in care and no limitations to the number of sessions. I can fully protect your confidentiality without needing share diagnoses or treatment plans with insurance companies and the time that would otherwise be spent managing insurance claims gets reinvested directly back into focusing on your care.
