We aren’t meant to heal alone.

Today we live in an increasingly isolated and avoidant culture where we’ve lost touch with a basic truth of healing and recovery; the seeds of change sprout from a foundation of steady, safe relationships where we are loved as we are, in all our messy, human complexity.

I view the therapeutic relationship as an opportunity to be part of your village of care and to create a secure relationship that will serve as the backdrop for deeper work.

I work slowly, intentionally and in partnership with the wisdom of your body. Often our minds are ready to move on before our bodies are, and healing requires us to relearn how not to leave this sacred vehicle of our existence behind.

My primary modality with individuals is AEDP, a proven experiential, deeply relational, attachment based model for trauma recovery. If you would like to learn more about AEDP, I recommend reading It’s Not Always Depression by Hilary Jacobs Hendel.

Who would you dare to be if you could dream big? Let’s find out.
